Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancelling Pro

You can cancel Pro at any time from Settings → Plan (or the billing portal). There's no cancellation fee and no contract. When you cancel, Pro features stay active until the end of the period you've already paid for — you won't be charged again, and your workspace then moves to the Free plan automatically. Your monitors and data are kept within the Free plan's limits.

Refunds

Pro is a small flat fee and we'd rather you not pay for something you're not using. If LastRun isn't working for you, contact us within 14 days of a charge and we'll refund it. Accidental or unwanted renewals are refunded too if you reach out promptly. Refunds return to your original payment method.

How billing is processed

Payments and refunds are handled by Lemon Squeezy as our merchant of record. They process the charge, collect any applicable taxes, and issue refunds back to your card — we never see or store your card details. A refund may take a few business days to appear on your statement.

Free plan

The Free plan has no charges, so there's nothing to cancel or refund. You can delete your account at any time from Settings, which removes your organization's data.

How to request a refund

Email us from your account's email address using the contact address in the site footer, with the approximate date of the charge. We'll confirm and process it through Lemon Squeezy. See our Terms of Service for the full plan and billing terms.
