Refund & Cancellation Policy

LastRun Pro is a small flat fee, and we'd rather you not pay for something you're not using. This explains how cancelling and refunds work. LastRun is operated by Eastbase Studio; billing is handled by Lemon Squeezy as our merchant of record.
01Monthly & annual plans
Pro is billed either monthly ($9) or annually ($90), and renews automatically for the same period until you cancel. Monthly plans renew each month; annual plans renew once a year. You can switch between monthly and annual from Settings.
02Cancelling Pro
You can cancel Pro at any time from Settings → Plan (or the billing portal). There's no cancellation fee and no contract. When you cancel, Pro features stay active until the end of the period you've already paid for — you won't be charged again, and your workspace then moves to the Free plan automatically. Your monitors and data are kept within the Free plan's limits.
03Refunds
If LastRun isn't working for you, contact us within 14 days of a charge (monthly or annual) and we'll refund it. Accidental or unwanted renewals are refunded too if you reach out promptly. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method and typically take about 5–10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card provider. Nothing here limits any mandatory statutory consumer rights you have where you live.
04How billing is processed
Payments and refunds are handled by Lemon Squeezy as our merchant of record. They process the charge, collect any applicable taxes, and issue refunds back to your original payment method — we never see or store your card details. Your purchase may also be subject to Lemon Squeezy's buyer terms shown at checkout.
05Free plan
The Free plan has no charges, so there's nothing to cancel or refund. You can delete your account at any time from Settings, which removes your organization's data.
06How to request a refund
Email support@eastbase.studio from your account's email address, with the approximate date of the charge. We'll confirm and process it through Lemon Squeezy. See our Terms of Service for the full plan and billing terms.
